  • connecting to self
  • re-awakening creativity
Erin's therapeutic style

Erin uses an integrative approach to therapy that draws on cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused, and process-oriented techniques. She is also a trained EMDR therapist and IFS (Level 1) therapist.

She is interested in how thoughts, emotions, and the body combine with the past and the present to create strain in our lives and block us from living in connection with ourselves.

She combines science and theory with warmth and humour to create a comfortable, safe environment where you can share what you need to share and get down to the work of feeling better.
